Are your products genuine?
Yes — everything we sell is sourced through official authorised South African distributors. That means your Apple warranty is a real Apple warranty, your Surface warranty is a Microsoft warranty, and there are no grey imports.
How long does delivery take?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa with reputable couriers. Most orders arrive within 2–5 working days depending on your location, counted from when payment is confirmed. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over R5,000 ship free. Shipping on smaller orders is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made securely online at checkout through our payment gateway — including card payments, Apple Pay and PayFlex (buy now, pay later in interest-free instalments). Payment is authorised instantly when you place your order.
Can I return a product?
Yes. For online purchases you have a 7-day cooling-off right under the ECT Act for qualifying products, plus the protections of the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be unused and in its original sealed packaging where applicable. The full process is in our Refund Policy.
What warranty do I get?
Every product carries its manufacturer's or authorised distributor's South African warranty, on top of the statutory 6-month CPA warranty. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll log and manage the claim through the official channel for you.
Is what I see on the site actually in stock?
Yes — our stock levels sync directly with our distributors' live feeds throughout the day, and sold-out products are automatically hidden from the store. If you can add it to your cart, we can get it to you.
How do I track my order?
You'll receive an order confirmation by email, followed by tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. You can also check your order status anytime under Your account.
Do you supply businesses?
