Are your products genuine?
Yes — everything is sourced through official authorised South African distributors, so your Apple warranty is a real Apple warranty, your Surface warranty is a Microsoft warranty, and there are no grey imports.
How long does delivery take?
Nationwide courier delivery across South Africa, typically 2–5 working days depending on your location, counted from when payment is confirmed.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over R5,000 ship free. Shipping on smaller orders is calculated at checkout based on your location.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All payments are made securely online at checkout — including card payments, Apple Pay and PayFlex (buy now, pay later in interest-free instalments).
Can I return a product?
Yes. A 7-day cooling-off right applies to qualifying online purchases under the ECT Act, on top of your Consumer Protection Act rights. The full process is in our Refund Policy.
What warranty do I get?
The manufacturer’s or authorised distributor’s South African warranty, plus the statutory 6-month CPA warranty. If something goes wrong, we log and manage the claim through the official channel for you.
